dc.description.abstractCon el interés de aportar elementos pedagógicos para el bienestar de los maestros en el ejercicio docente esta investigación analiza la presencia del desgaste ocupacional a través del test EDO y su asociación a las experiencias y perspectivas entre los maestros que obtuvieron mayor o menor nivel. Se desarrolló una metodología de tipo mixta, la cual posibilita análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos, y la relación entre ellos. Los hallazgos obtenidos mostraron que los maestros presentan rangos normales de desgaste ocupacional y tendencia a estar satisfechos con su trabajo a pesar de los momentos de intensidad laboral. Las experiencias y perspectivas vocacionales son significativas para los docentes, cargadas de satisfacción, con métodos efectivos para enfrentar la crisis y las vivencias que reflejan una capacidad para asumir las dificultades con un sentido humano y desinteresado en su labor.es_ES
dc.description.abstractenglishTaking as an interest to provide pedagogical elements for the well-being of teachers in the teaching exercise, this research analyzes the presence of occupational burnout through the EDO test and its association with the experiences and perspectives among teachers who obtained a higher or lower level. The mixed-type methodology combines and extracts the results that make sequential explanation possible. The finding showed that teachers show normal ranges of burnout and tendency to be pleased with their job despite moments of work intensity; the experiences and vocational perspectives are meaningful, brimming of satisfaction, with effective methods to deal with the crisis and experiences that reflect an ability to assume difficulties with a human and disinterested sense in their job.es_ES
