dc.description.abstract | El fenómeno de la maternidad y paternidad ha tenido gran incidencia en la sociedad contemporánea; como estudiantes de la Universidad Católica de Oriente (UCO), en el programa de enfermería, se observa cómo los estudiantes que son padres o madres de familia han tenido grandes cambios en su proyecto de vida. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo comprender el significado de la percepción del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje de los estudiantes de enfermería que son madres y padres de familia, de la UCO 2021-1, para el conocimiento de su experiencia en su formación profesional; se seleccionó una muestra de 6 estudiantes voluntarios que cumplieran con los requisitos de inclusión. Los resultados arrojados fueron que hay una falta de flexibilidad en los horarios, tiempo de calidad para sus actividades académicas como consecuencia de ser madre o padre, más promoción de las redes de apoyo para los estudiantes y maternidad amigable; además como conclusión se obtuvo que los estudiantes al estar ejerciendo el rol materno – paterno y el rol estudiantil al mismo tiempo, ha afectado así su rendimiento universitario conllevándolos a la deserción estudiantil. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstracteng | The phenomenon of motherhood and fatherhood has had great incidence in contemporary society; as students of the Catholic University of the East (UCO), in the nursing program, it is observed how students who are parents have had great changes in their life project. The present study aims to understand the meaning of the perception of the teaching-learning process of nursing students who are mothers and fathers, of the UCO 2021-1, for the knowledge of their experience in their professional training; a sample of 6 volunteer students who met the inclusion requirements was selected. The results obtained were that there is a lack of flexibility in schedules, quality time for their academic activities as a consequence of being a mother or father, more promotion of support networks for students and friendly motherhood; also as a conclusion it was obtained that the students when exercising the maternal - paternal role and the student role at the same time, has affected their university performance leading them to student desertion. | |
