dc.description.abstractDesde el año 1978, se ha hablado de la creación del sistema APS y desde entonces, este modelo se ha ejecutado paulatinamente con el fin de brindar la posibilidad de una atención integral al ser humano. El presente informe de investigación abordó los programas afines a la Atención Primaria en Salud, los cuales son transversales al ciclo vital familiar, analizando la trayectoria histórica que ha tenido dentro de los municipios del Oriente Antioqueño. La información se recolectó de fuentes mixtas, informantes claves y análisis documental; las técnicas utilizadas fueron: entrevistas y aplicación de instrumentos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractenglishSince 1978, there has been talk of the creation of the APS system and since then, this model has been implemented gradually in order to provide the possibility of comprehensive care for the human being. This research report addressed programs related to Primary Health Care, which are transverse to the family life cycle, analyzing the historical trajectory it has had within the municipalities of the Antioquia East. The information was collected from mixed sources, key informants and documentary analysis; the techniques used were: interviews and application of instruments.es_ES
