dc.description.abstractLas siguientes investigaciones ilustran de una manera acorde la aplicación de los regímenes pensionales a través de los convenios internacionales dados en seguridad social entre la república de Colombia y el Reino de España, con las particularidades jurídicas de las normas reglamentarias de cada país. Es así como de esta manera indica, (LANCHEROS & BLANCO 2020), Su investigación describe de forma clara el Convenio 1112 de 2006 suscrito con el Reino de España, e identifica los resultados obtenidos desde su entrada en vigor, al determinar si cumple con el objetivo de garantía de protección de los derechos pensionales para el cual fue creado. El trabajo investigativo tuvo un enfoque mixto, ya que los métodos mixtos representan un conjunto de procesos sistemáticos, empíricos y críticos de investigación, y como segunda medida se utiliza la entrevista semiestructurada para el análisis de información recolectada referente a lo indicado por los entrevistados, igualmente estuvo conformado por cuatro (4) variables. La Primera: Solicitud por tipo de prestación, Variable Categórica Nominal. La Segunda: El País. Variable de tipo nominal. La tercera: El Género. Variable categórica de respuesta dicotómica, y la Cuarta. Estado de Solicitud. Atendiendo estas variables y con la información suministrada por el fondo de Pensión sumaban 4836 solicitudes, la cual teniendo en cuenta el objeto de estudio no se tuvo en cuenta para el análisis las certificaciones de tiempos, por lo cual la muestra está conformada por el número de solicitudes por invalidez, vejez y sobrevivientes, las que suman 4.229. Las conclusiones de la Investigación resultaron en que el conflicto armado, la desigualdad en el ingreso, la tasa de desempleo y la falta de oportunidades hacen que la población colombiana migre a otros países como lo son y entre sus destinos están Estados Unidos y España.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe following research illustrates in a consistent manner the application of pension systems through the international agreements on social security between the Republic of Colombia and the Kingdom of Spain, with the legal particularities of the regulatory standards of each country. Thus, as indicated by (LANCHEROS & BLANCO 2020), their research clearly describes the Agreement 1112 of 2006 signed with the Kingdom of Spain, and identifies the results obtained since its entry into force, by determining whether it complies with the objective of guaranteeing the protection of pension rights for which it was created. The research work had a mixed approach, since mixed methods represent a set of systematic, empirical and critical research processes, and as a second step, a semi-structured interview was used for the analysis of the information collected regarding the information indicated by the interviewees. The first one: Request by type of service, Nominal Categorical Variable. Second: Country. Nominal type variable. The third: Gender. Categorical variable with dichotomous response, and the fourth. State of Application. Taking into account these variables and the information provided by the Pension Fund, the total number of applications was 4836, which, taking into account the object of the study, the time certifications were not taken into account for the analysis, so the sample is made up of the number of applications for disability, old age and survivors, which total 4. 229. The conclusions of the investigation resulted in the fact that the armed conflict, income inequality, unemployment rate and lack of opportunities make the Colombian population migrate to other countries such as the United States and Spain.spa
