dc.description.abstractEste texto, explora las oportunidades de la acción rápida participativa y la observación participativa como metodología colaborativa de investigación para caracterizar las dinámicas de la recreación, en las instituciones públicas del municipio de la Ceja durante el año 2020, y entrega como propuesta una serie de recomendaciones para su mejora. Para la realización de esta investigación se utilizaron distintas técnicas y herramientas, entre ellas una encuesta realizada a 134 estudiantes pertenecientes al grado quinto de primaria de varias instituciones educativas públicas de este municipio, así como también 2 entrevistas estructuradas que se realizaron a los facilitadores del programa de recreación del municipio, pertenecientes a el INCERDE, Instituto de Recreación y deporte de la Ceja, para recolectar, analizar e identificar datos que ayudarán a establecer ítems, para determinar el estado actual de la implementación de la recreación como derecho fundamental en las instituciones públicas. Observando lo anterior, se sugieren dos estrategias con la intención de ayudar y mejorar el programa de recreación del instituto municipal de educación física, recreación y deportes del municipio de La Ceja; primero, la capacitación para la fabricación del material adecuado y novedoso que necesita el programa de recreación, y segundo, una mejora de la infraestructura deportiva y su señalización adecuada para la prevención de accidentes.es_ES
dc.description.abstractenglishThis text explores the opportunities of participatory rapid action and participatory observation as a collaborative research methodology to characterize the dynamics of recreation, in the public institutions of the municipality of La Ceja during the year 2020, and offers a series of recommendations as a proposal for your improvement. To carry out this research, different techniques and tools were used, including a survey carried out on 134 students belonging to the fifth grade of primary school from various public educational institutions in this municipality, as well as 2 structured interviews that were carried out with the facilitators of the recreation program of the municipality, belonging to INCERDE, Institute of Recreation and Sports of the Eyebrow, to collect, analyze and identify data that will help to establish items, to determine the current state of the implementation of recreation as a fundamental right in institutions public. Observing the above, two strategies are suggested with the intention of helping and improving the recreation program of the municipal institute of physical education, recreation and sports of the municipality of La Ceja; first, training for the manufacture of the appropriate and novel material that the recreation program needs, and second, an improvement of the sports infrastructure and its adequate signaling for the prevention of accidents.es_ES
