dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo se propone comprender el discurso pedagógico de los educadores del programa de formación complementaria del municipio de Sonsón, en relación con la formación de la subjetividad política de los educadores en formación. El estudio se llevó a cabo a partir de un enfoque cualitativo, desde el paradigma histórico hermenéutico, se implementó el análisis crítico del discurso como método que transitó por un estudio de lo sintáctico, de lo semántico y de lo pragmático, para comprender significados y posicionamientos de los agentes indagados. En cuanto a los resultados, se encontró que hay adhesiones por parte de los educadores en formación, a marcos simbólicos transmitidos a través del discurso de los educadores, por ende, el discurso pedagógico que gravita en el programa de formación complementaria, ha comportado un medio para configurar subjetividades sujetas al capital simbólico que los maestros difunden en el ejercicio de la palabra y de las prácticas pedagógicas en el aula y que está fundamentado principalmente en una dimensión instituida.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis article aims to understand the pedagogical discourse of the educators of the complementary training program of the municipality of Sonsón, in relation to the formation of the political subjectivity of the educators in training. The study was carried out from a qualitative approach, from the historical hermeneutic paradigm, the critical analysis of the discourse was implemented as a method that went through a study of the syntactic, semantic and pragmatic, to understand meanings and positions of the agents investigated. As for the results, it was found that there are adhesions on the part of the educators in training, to symbolic frameworks transmitted through the educators' discourse, therefore, the pedagogical discourse that gravitates in the complementary training program, has behaved as a means to configure subjectivities subject to the symbolic capital that teachers spread in the exercise of the word and pedagogical practices in the classroom and that is mainly based on an instituted dimension.spa
