dc.description.abstractLa empresa «REFUGIO DEL PESCADOR», fundada en la ciudad de Guarne, enfrenta un nuevo conjunto de retos que deben ser abordados para asegurar el futuro de la organización y aprovechar al máximo las condiciones actuales de la industria. Con base en lo anterior, este trabajo se divide en cinco partes, como se muestra a continuación: En primer lugar, se refleja el estudio documental y se estructuran las aportaciones metodológicas del proyecto. Posteriormente, se toman las características de la organización para entender su desarrollo y comportamiento, identificar aspectos importantes, como la situación actual de la Empresa, su trayectoria, las categorías de servicios y las regulaciones que se realizan. A continuación se realiza un estudio del entorno, por características clave económicas, demográficas, sociales, culturales, medioambientales, políticas y jurídicas, y se clasifica en oportunidades y amenazas.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe company "REFUGIO DEL PESCADOR", founded in the city of Guarne, faces a new set of challenges that must be addressed to ensure the future of the organization and take full advantage of the current conditions of the industry. Based on the above, this work is divided into five parts, as shown below: In the first instance, the documentary study is reflected and the methodological contributions of the project are structured. After that, the characteristics of the organization are taken to understand its development and behavior, identify important aspects, such as the current situation of the Company, its trajectory, the categories of services and the regulations that are made. Then an environmental survey is carried out, by economic, demographic, social, cultural, environmental, political and legal key characteristics, and it is classified into opportunities and threats.eng
