dc.description.abstractEsta investigación busca determinar si la conciliación extrajudicial en Derecho cumple con el propósito de descongestionar los despachos judiciales en el municipio de Rionegro; para lo cual se establecido a partir de la revisión de la información suministrada por los centros de conciliación del municipio de Rionegro-Antioquia entre los años 2016-2019, registrados en el SICAAC (Sistema de Información de la Conciliación, el Arbitraje y la Amigable Composición), en la Resolución N°. 018 De 2016, del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho; el impacto de este mecanismo en la solución de los conflictos, como herramienta para la promoción de sociedades pacíficas e inclusivas que facilita el acceso a la justicia para todos, base del principio número 16 de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible (ODS), que a su vez busca crear instituciones eficaces y responsables para toda la comunidad en general.es_ES
dc.description.abstractenglishThis investigation seeks to determine if the extrajudicial conciliation in Law fulfills the purpose of decongesting the judicial offices in the municipality of Rionegro; for which it is established from the review of the information provided by the conciliation centers of the municipality of Rionegro-Antioquia between the years 2016-2019, registered in the SICAAC (Conciliation, Arbitration and Friendly Information System) , in Resolution No. 018 From 2016, from the Ministry of Justice and Law; the impact of this mechanism on conflict resolution, as a tool for promoting peaceful and inclusive societies that facilitates access to justice for all, the basis of principle number 16 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), which in turn instead it seeks to create effective and accountable institutions for the entire community at large.es_ES
