dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo está dirigido a la creación de una funeraria para mascotas, ubicada en San Félix a 20 minutos de Medellín, donde se cuenta con varios servicios y paquetes, con el fin de que la gente se acomode a los diferentes planes que tenemos, ya que, se vuelven económicos para todo tipo de población que tenga mascotas. Nuestros servicios tienen el propósito de brindar mayor acompañamiento para nuestros clientes y así, asegurar un adecuado afrontamiento de la pérdida de su mascota a través del apoyo psicológico y el ritual de despedida que tiene como finalidad ser Bioamigable con el medio ambiente, siendo así, una reducción considerable de emisión de gases a través del proceso de cremación llamado aqua-cremación o hidrólisis alcalina, teniendo en cuenta que este proceso es como se menciona en el artículo “aquamación permite deshacer un cadáver de forma ecológica en tres horas
