dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo, busca analizar la influencia que ejerce el abuso sexual a menores en la salud familiar, si se tiene en cuenta que las secuelas generadas a las víctimas afectan a todo su entorno. Si bien los niños han visto vulnerados sus derechos, a través de las diferentes etapas de la historia, en los últimos años ha surgido una preocupación de velar por su desarrollo integral. De igual forma, se analiza cómo se ha buscado la protección de los menores de edad contra el abuso sexual en el país, indicando, a la vez, las características de esta conducta y sus consecuencias, tanto para las víctimas como para los padres, con el objetivo de prevenir estos actos que atentan contra los derechos de la niñez, población que debe estar protegida de forma integral, durante esta etapa de desarrollo. Toda esta información, se recopila mediante un estudio documental, donde se analizan libros, informes y artículos relacionados con al abuso sexual a menores, donde se expone la vulnerabilidad de los menores de edad, incluso, en el ambiente familiar, por lo que se concluye que es adecuado originar estrategias que permitan prevenir este tipo de actos hacia los niños, dirigidos por profesionales idóneos en el tema, y amparados en las nuevas leyes emanadas en la legislación colombiana.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis article seeks to analyze the influence of sexual abuse of minors in family health, if one takes into account that the consequences generated by the victims affect their entire environment. Although children have been violated their rights, through the different stages of history, in recent years there has been a concern to ensure their integral development. Similarly, it is analyzed how the protection of minors against sexual abuse in the country has been sought, indicating, at the same time, the characteristics of this behavior and its consequences, both for the victims and for the parents, with the objective of preventing these acts that undermine the rights of children, a population that must be protected in an integral manner, during this stage of development. All this information is collected through a documentary study, where books, reports and articles related to sexual abuse of minors are analyzed, where the vulnerability of minors is exposed, including in the family environment, so it is concluded that it is appropriate to originate strategies that allow to prevent this type of acts towards children, directed by qualified professionals in the subject, and protected by the new laws emanating from Colombian legislation.eng
