| dc.description.abstract | El presente libro de investigación, fruto de los grupos: Unidad de Biotecnología Vegetal, Agroindustria de la Universidad Católica de Oriente y Grupo de Sustancias Bioactivas de la Universidad de Antioquia, pretende contribuir al mejoramiento de la calidad y la trazabilidad de la materia prima cultivada en el Oriente Antioqueño, incluyendo: la alcachofa, la caléndula, el diente león, la menta, la manzanilla, el romero y el tomillo. La propuesta se basa en la identificación de modelos productivos adaptados a las condiciones regionales para especies seleccionadas. Sin lugar a dudas, la generación de un ingreso complementario a la producción actual, junto con el fortalecimiento de la capacidad de producción, mejorará la competitividad en los mercados nacionales y internacionales. | es_ES |

The proposal is based on the identification of productive models adapted to the regional conditions for selected species.
