dc.description.abstract | La población Trans presenta un alto grado de exclusión en diversos aspectos que comprenden desde lo social, político, económico y cultural, sin embargo, los estudios académicos en ciencias sociales y humanas en Colombia no abundan, lo cual dificulta la comprensión de sus condiciones de vida, relaciones sociales y dinámicas propias de la sociedad con estas “sociedades alternas” y sus conductas. El presente estudio es de carácter exploratorio, y tiene como objetivo categorizar habilidades y capacidades que favorezcan la integración laboral formal de la comunidad Trans en el Oriente antioqueño. El instrumento de análisis implementado fue la prueba 16-PF-5, dicha prueba se aplicó a cuatro personas de la comunidad Trans residentes en el Oriente antioqueño, donde se muestran como una población con capacidades y habilidades que pueden aportar valor a los procesos organizacionales que demandan actualmente las empresas tales como: trabajo en equipo, compromiso, proactividad, inteligencia emocional, comunicación asertiva y apertura al cambio. | spa |

The present study is of an exploratory nature, and its objective is to categorize skills and abilities that favor the formal labor integration of the Trans community in Eastern Antioquia.
