dc.description.abstractLos modelos de negocio han sido una guía para la materialización de una idea en una empresa a la hora de la elaboración de proyectos ya que estos dan los parámetros sobre cómo, cuándo y dónde se deben aplicar conocimientos financieros, de mercadeo y logísticos. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se pretende realizar un modelo de negocio enfocado a la intermediación en el proceso de selección de proveedores de flores para eventos en el municipio de Rionegro ofreciendo el servicio de detallista llegando al consumidor final con el producto. Al evaluar el mercado objetivo ubicado en el municipio de Rionegro se evidenció la viabilidad del proyecto teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del mercado con respecto a la consecución de materia prima utilizada en la preparación de eventos en el ámbito floricultor.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe business models have been a guide for the materialization of an idea in a company at the time of the elaboration of projects since they give the parameters on how, when and where to apply financial knowledge, marketing and logistics. In the light of the above, it is intended to carry out a business model focused on intermediation in the process of selecting flower suppliers for events in the municipality of Rionegro offering the retail service reaching the final consumer with the product. In evaluating the target market located in the municipality of Rionegro, the viability of the project was demonstrated taking into account the needs of the market with regard to the acquisition of raw material used in the preparation of events in the flowering field.eng
