dc.description.abstractEl centro de acopio como unidad de negocio para el municipio de Sonsón, se plantea con la intención de comercializar productos de la canasta básica familiar obtenidos del municipio y beneficiando el desarrollo de este sector económico en la región. Para el desarrollo del presente plan de negocio, fue necesario conocer el macroentorno del sector agrícola del municipio de Sonsón-Antioquia, para la determinación de las variables que posibilitan la creación de un centro de acopio y que satisfacen las necesidades y sugerencias de los productores, además de realizar un análisis profundo de la oferta y la demanda y por consiguiente determinar la conformación administrativa, técnica y financiera de la nueva unidad de negocio. El servicio que ofrece el Centro de Acopio Agrícola estará centrado en recopilar la mayor cantidad de productos de hortalizas y frutas del municipio de Sonsón con el propósito de contribuir a la eliminación de barreras que dificultan la comercialización de los productos y le restan competitividad a la región, ofreciendo un servicio de recolección, selección, acopio, mercadeo y distribución. El mercado objetivo para el desarrollo del proyecto va encaminado inicialmente en la asociación de productores menores agrícolas del municipio de Sonsón, los cuales serán los proveedores de los productos agrícolas para la posterior comercialización, la segunda fase radica en la adquisición de clientes potenciales para la compra de estos productos, los cuales serán clasificados de mayor a menor calidad, lo cual posibilita la selección de clientes de acuerdo con las necesidades del mercado. La presente propuesta tiene un valor agregado que se percibe en el servicio que se ofrece, del cual carece el municipio de Sonsón, además de los beneficios que el proyecto brinda a los productores menores, por pertenecer al centro de acopio, los cuales van desde asesoría técnica, acompañamiento permanente y la posibilidad de tecnificar y mejorar cada vez los productos que siembran para mejorar la rentabilidad económica y la apertura de nuevos mercados no solo en la región sino con miras a largo plazo de expandir el producto a nivel nacional e internacional. También de suma importancia la garantía de la limpieza y calidad del producto.
dc.description.abstractengThe collection center as a business unit for the municipality of Sonsón is proposed with the intention of commercializing products of the basic family basket obtained from the municipality and benefiting the development of this economic sector in the region. For the development of this business plan, it was necessary to know the macro-environment of the agricultural sector of the municipality of Sonsón-Antioquia, in order to determine the variables that make possible the creation of a collection center and that satisfy the needs and suggestions of the producers, in addition to carrying out a deep analysis of the supply and demand and therefore determine the administrative, technical and financial conformation of the new business unit. The service offered by the Agricultural Collection Center will be focused on collecting the largest amount of vegetable and fruit products from the municipality of Sonsón with the purpose of contributing to the elimination of barriers that hinder the commercialization of products and reduce the competitiveness of the region, offering a collection, selection, collection, marketing and distribution service. The target market for the development of the project is initially aimed at the association of small agricultural producers of the municipality of Sonsón, which will be the suppliers of agricultural products for subsequent marketing, the second phase is the acquisition of potential customers for the purchase of these products, which will be classified from higher to lower quality, which enables the selection of customers according to market needs. This proposal has an added value that is perceived in the service offered, which is lacking in the municipality of Sonsón, in addition to the benefits that the project provides to the small producers, for belonging to the collection center, which range from technical advice, permanent accompaniment and the possibility of technifying and improving each time the products they plant to improve economic profitability and the opening of new markets not only in the region but with a long-term view of expanding the product nationally and internationally. It is also of utmost importance to guarantee the cleanliness and quality of the product.
