dc.description.abstractLa disidencia sexual es un término poco utilizado en Colombia y no se le ha dado el resueno que se merece, y de igual manera es descuidado de las prácticas sociales, de su protección y de las garantías que el estado Colombiano debe otorgarles mediante normatividad. No siendo menos, este grupo minoritario, es víctima de violencia por parte de los mismos funcionarios del estado, quienes conforme al deber ser, deben garantizar su protección, pero de forma poco coherente instauran la Violencia Institucional y es que para nadie es un secreto la discriminación que sufren estas personas en su día a día por sus diferencias físicas, afectivas y no pertenecer a la heteronormatividad. Sin importar el reconocimiento del cual deban ser merecedoras las personas disidentes sexuales víctimas de violencia institucional, no están siendo protegidas por el gobierno, es un tema que aún se encuentra, en cierta medida, sometido al anonimato, pues no se han desarrollado investigaciones o elaboraciones jurisprudenciales suficientes respecto a este tema en específico. Al no garantizarles una real protección por este tipo de violencia, se les están agrediendo derechos fundamentales y el reconocimiento de su identidad, esta última a su vez por la falta de conocimiento y capacitaciones a los funcionarios públicos en temas de inclusión.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishSexual dissidence is a term little used in Colombia and has not been given the resonance it deserves, and likewise it is neglected in social practices, its protection and the guarantees that the Colombian state should grant them through regulations. Not being less, this minority group, is victim of violence by the same state officials, who according to the duty to be, should ensure their protection, but inconsistently establish the "Institutional Violence" and it is no secret that these people suffer discrimination in their daily lives because of their physical and affective differences and not belonging to heteronormativity. Regardless of the recognition that sexual dissidents who are victims of institutional violence deserve, they are not being protected by the government, it is an issue that is still, to some extent, subjected to anonymity, because there has not been enough research or jurisprudential elaboration on this specific issue. By not guaranteeing them real protection for this type of violence, their fundamental rights and the recognition of their identity are being attacked, the latter in turn due to the lack of knowledge and training of public officials on issues of inclusion.en
