dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo de las capacidades y expresiones motrices es de vital importancia para el buen desenvolvimiento de las personas en las actividades de la vida cotidiana; el ser humano nace con las capacidades físicas condicionales, las capacidades coordinativas y las expresiones motrices se adquieren a través de los años con trabajo y dedicación; por esto, en este trabajo se planteó como objetivo orientar procesos desde las expresiones motrices mediante la construcción de material didáctico con elementos reciclados, en la institución educativa San Vicente Ferrer, sede el Potrero, en el centro educativo Rural Piedra Gorda y en el CER de la uco. Para el cumplimiento del objetivo trazado se creó elementos didácticos enfocados a los juegos tradicionales y de la calle, instrumentos musicales y elementos deportivos, con todo esto se logró mejorar la participación activa en las clases de educación física recreación y deportes, así mismo se mejoró la convivencia entre los alumnos y se potencio la creatividad e imaginación de los mismos a través de la construcción de los elementos didácticos con los cuales se llevaron a cabo las clases prácticas en las que los alumnos fortalecieron las capacidades físicas condicionales, coordinativas y las expresiones motrices.es_ES
dc.description.abstractenglishThe development of skills and motor expressions is of vital importance for the good development of people in the activities of daily life; the human being is born with the conditional physical capacities, the coordinative capacities and the motor expressions are acquired through the years with work and dedication; For this reason, this work aimed to guide processes from motor expressions through the construction of teaching materials with recycled elements, at the San Vicente Ferrer educational institution, El Potrero headquarters, at the Piedra Gorda Rural Education Center and at the CER of The uco. For the fulfillment of the objective set, didactic elements focused on traditional and street games, musical instruments and sports elements were created, with all this it was possible to improve the active participation in physical recreation, recreation and sports classes, as well as improving coexistence among the students and their creativity and imagination were promoted through the construction of the didactic elements with which the practical classes were carried out in which the students strengthened the conditional, coordinative physical abilities and the motor expressions.es_ES
