dc.description.abstractIntegrar APH tiene como principal objetivo prestar servicios de administración de propiedad horizontal integrar a las copropiedades que estén entre los estratos socioeconómicos 4, 5 y 6 del municipio de Rionegro, Antioquia, que además se rijan bajo reglamento de propiedad horizontal. La idea de negocio surge a raíz de la identificación de necesidades que se dan dentro de las copropiedades, llámese condominio, parcelación, edificio, conjunto campestre, entre otros, en donde son frecuentes las manifestaciones de inconformidad por parte de los residentes con respecto al manejo que se le da a las zonas comunes de la unidad y al manejo de los recursos, sin dejar de mencionar que algunos se sienten a disgusto con el personal administrativo, dado que sus peticiones no siempre son atendidas de manera diligente y cordial. Integrar APH pretende mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes de las copropiedades, ofreciendo no solo apoyo administrativo, sino integrando servicios de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para sus fachadas, parques infantiles, ascensores, piscinas, gimnasios por medio de la gestión y subcontratación de servicios y asesorías administrativas jurídicas e inmobiliarias.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishIntegrate APH's main objective is to provide administration services for horizontal property integrate the co-properties that are among the socioeconomic strata 4, 5 and 6 of the municipality of Rionegro, Antioquia, which are also governed by property regulations horizontal. The business idea arises from the identification of needs that occur within the joint ownership, call condominium, land, building, country complex, among others, in where there are frequent manifestations of disagreement by residents regarding to the management that is given to the common areas of the unit and to the management of resources, while continuing to mention that some feel disgusted with the administrative staff, given that their requests. They are not always treated diligently and cordially. Integrate APH aims to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of the joint ownership, offering not only administrative support, but integrating preventive maintenance services and corrective for its facades, playgrounds, elevators, swimming pools, gyms through the management and subcontracting of legal and real estate administrative services and advice.eng
