dc.description.abstractLa importancia de la implementación de un Sistema Integrado de Gestión con el objetivo de fortalecer en las empresas floricultoras una certificación para realizar los procesos adecuadamente brindando nuevas oportunidades al sector floricultor y abriendo nuevos mercados a nivel internacional enfocando en la exigencia, permitiendo la reducción del uso de residuos y creando mejores condiciones de trabajo. Este Podcast , realiza una consulta sobre el sector floricultor en el oriente antioqueño y los impactos en la implementación de un sistema integrado de gestión que se puede implementar, con la finalidad de mejorar los resultados en las áreas de calidad, seguridad y salud, así como, el impacto sobre el medio ambiente, identificando con las tres normas más importantes , tal como, ISO 9001 sistema de gestión de la calidad, ISO 14001 sistema de gestión ambiental e ISO 45001 sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo (SST).spa
