dc.description.abstractEn el sistema general de seguridad social en salud en Colombia, las operaciones de compra y venta de bienes y servicios asistenciales aplicables a todos sus actores e intervinientes se ejercen por intermedio de Facturas de Venta que, si bien poseen regulación expresa, aún no se logra dilucidar con total precisión algunos de sus procesos y subprocesos ligados a su expedición, recibo, radicación, aceptación, rechazo, pago, prescripción y conservación. Por lo anterior, es imperioso realizar una adecuada hermenéutica jurídica sobre las reglas propias de las Facturas de Venta en el sector salud y sus principales diferencias con las facturas de venta definidas en el Código de Comercio colombiano, atendiendo al hecho de que más allá de las disposiciones especiales que regulan la materia en el sector salud, los cimientos normativos de este título valor nacen en el Código de Comercio, y actualmente existen situaciones en las que se genera antinomias para establecer una apropiada aplicación en la realidad.es_ES
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the general system of social security of health in Colombia, the operations of purchase and sale of welfare goods and services applicable to all its actors and participants are carried out through Sales Invoices that, although they have express regulation, have not yet been achieved. elucidate with total precision some of its processes and sub-processes linked to its expedition, receipt, sending date, acceptance, rejection, payment, prescription and conservation. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out an adequate legal hermeneutics on the rules of the Sales Invoices in the health sector and their main differences with the sell recipes, defined in the Colombian Commercial Code, taking into account the fact that beyond the special provisions that regulate the ambit in the health sector, the normative foundations of this value title are born in the Commercial Code, and currently there are situations in which difficulties are generated to establish an appropriate application in the reality.es_ES
