dc.description.abstractEn un evento de enfermedad, el grupo familiar se convierte en el pilar fundamental para el abordaje del paciente, ofreciendo su apoyo, amor y acompañamiento, lo que lleva a suplir aquellas necesidades que estén presentes. Ante esto, la investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el papel de la familia en la rehabilitación física del paciente con enfermedad cerebrovascular de la EPS Comfaoriente del municipio de Cúcuta, en el año 2023, con el propósito de documentar sobre la importancia de la integración familiar en las actividades del grupo de profesionales, que, en este caso, corresponde al fisioterapeuta, quien realiza las terapias de rehabilitación del paciente con ECV. El enfoque metodológico utilizado fue el complementario y la muestra estuvo conformada por 8 pacientes que se encontraban en el proceso de rehabilitación de la enfermedad cerebrovascular y su respectivo cuidador principal. Se utilizó un cuestionario que estuvo distribuido en preguntas cerradas sobre la caracterización sociodemográfica y una entrevista semiestructurada. Como resultados del trabajo desarrollado se presentan que los cuidadores y pacientes de la investigación comparten similitudes en las características sociodemográficas, tales como: el estrato socioeconómico bajo, siendo 1 y 2, su procedencia de área urbana, su nivel educativo se distribuye entre primaria y bachiller, su dedicación se centra en ama de casa, con un estado civil entre la soltería y unión libre. En el género y la edad, se evidenció que los cuidadores son mujeres entre los 29 y 59 años. Y con relación a los pacientes, se encontró que el 100% son mayores de 60 años, siendo la mayoría del género femenino. Con relación al cuidado familiar, se puede describir que es importante la integración familiar en la rehabilitación del paciente, reconociendo la unión, el amor, el esfuerzo y dedicación como pilares fundamentales de estas prácticas, permitiendo que los pacientes permanezcan con ilusiones de seguir adelante, con miras a obtener una pronta y correcta recuperación. Además, se concluye que la integración de la familia en apoyo a las actividades del fisioterapeuta se hace fundamental para el logro rápido y eficaz de la rehabilitación del paciente.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishIn an event of illness, the family group becomes the fundamental pillar for the patient's approach, offering their support, love and accompaniment, which leads to meeting those needs that are present. Given this, the research aimed to determine the role of the family in the physical rehabilitation of the patient with cerebrovascular disease of the EPS Comfaoriente of the municipality of Cúcuta, in the year 2023, with the purpose of documenting the importance of family integration in the activities of the group of professionals, which, in this case, corresponds to the physiotherapist, who performs the rehabilitation therapies for the patient with CVD. The methodological approach used was complementary and the sample consisted of 8 patients who were in the process of rehabilitation of cerebrovascular disease and their respective main caregiver. A questionnaire was used that was distributed in closed questions on the sociodemographic characterization and a semi-structured interview. As results of the work carried out, it is presented that the caregivers and patients of the research share similarities in the sociodemographic characteristics, such as: the low socioeconomic stratum, being 1 and 2, their origin from an urban area, their educational level is distributed between primary and high school , her dedication focuses on a housewife, with a marital status between single and free union. Regarding gender and age, it was evidenced that the caregivers are women between the ages of 29 and 59. And in relation to the patients, it was found that 100% are over 60 years of age, the majority being female. Regarding family care, it can be described that family integration is important in the rehabilitation of the patient, recognizing union, love, effort and dedication as fundamental pillars of these practices, allowing patients to remain with illusions of moving forward, with a view to obtaining a prompt and proper recovery. In addition, it is concluded that the integration of the family in support of the physiotherapist's activities is essential for the rapid and effective achievement of the patient's rehabilitation.spa
