dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo da cuenta de los resultados de una investigación de corte cualitativo realizada en una IE del Municipio de Mosquera- Cundinamarca, en la cual se adoptó la tradición etnográfica, a partir de la perspectiva de Elsie Rockwell. El objetivo general estuvo orientado a comprender las necesidades de formación en derechos humanos en perspectiva intercultural, que se identificaron a partir de las experiencias de un grupo de estudiantes de la IE. Para la recolección de la información se utilizaron técnicas como la revisión de los documentos institucionales, la observación participante, el grupo de discusión y la entrevista. Los resultados dan cuenta de vacíos frente a las políticas nacionales de formación en derechos humanos, así como de distintas situaciones de vulneración de derechos que han vivido estudiantes, al ser rechazados, estigmatizados e invisibilizados; dichas vulneraciones están asociadas con el menosprecio fundado y justificado en imaginarios y estereotipos respecto a la procedencia cultural, a la condición física, intelectual o socio-cultural de los sujetos. Se concluye que la formación en derechos humanos en la IE debe orientarse desde la perspectiva de la interculturalidad crítica, involucrando a estudiantes, maestros, directivas y demás integrantes de la comunidad educativaspa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis article gives an account of the results of a qualitative cutting investigation carried out at an EI of the Municipality of Mosquera- Cundinamarca, in which the ethnographic tradition was adopted, from the perspective of Elsie Rockwell. The overall objective was to understand the human rights training needs in an intercultural perspective, which were identified from the experiences of a group of students at the school. For the collection of information, techniques such as documentary review of institutional documents, participating observation, discussion group and interview were used. The results give an account of gaps in the face of national human rights training policies, as well as different situations of violation of rights that students have experienced, being rejected, stigmatized and invisibilized, such violations are associated with the well-founded and justified contempt in imaginaries and stereotypes regarding the cultural origin, the physical, intellectual or socio-cultural condition of the subjects. It is concluded that human rights training in the E.I should be oriented from the perspective of critical interculturality, involving students, teachers, directives and other members of the educational communityeng
