dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo comprende la realización de un plan de negocio para la creación de un servicio de baño y estética para mascotas (perros) en el municipio de Rionegro, con el nombre Shower Pet Móvil. El negocio consiste en la prestación de servicios que comúnmente los dueños suelen realizar en veterinarias o tiendas de mascotas, como lo son el baño y acicalamiento, corte de uñas y corte de cabello, entre otros., pero con los servicios de Shower Pet Móvil no tendrán que desplazarse de sus hogares puesto que la empresa presta un servicio a domicilio, lo cual representa una idea innovadora para los propietarios de mascotas. En principio, se realiza un análisis del entorno por medio de la aplicación de una encuesta con el fin de identificar si la propuesta es llamativa, en segundo lugar se realiza un análisis interno y externo de la empresa y posteriormente se realizó una descripción general de la empresa, un análisis de mercado y financiero donde se determina la viabilidad del proyecto y la satisfacción de las necesidades de un mercado que va en aumento.	spa
dc.description.abstractenglish	This work includes the realization of a business plan for the creation of a bathroom and cosmetic service for pets (dogs) in the municipality of Rionegro, with the name Shower Pet Mobile.
