dc.description.abstractEste artículo se basa en el concepto de injusticia epistémica desarrollado por Miranda Fricker, el cual se divide en injusticia testimonial, como aquella que afecta la credibilidad de los testimonios brindados por una persona; e injusticia hermenéutica, que se centra en la falta de comprensión de las estructuras analíticas para comprender la dignidad humana de los seres humanos en determinados contextos. El propósito es comprender la condición de injusticia epistémica que han tenido los docentes de la institución educativa Sagrado Corazón del municipio de Bello, Antioquia por parte de agentes de la comunidad educativa que en ocasiones han cuestionado su labor y desempeño profesional. Se parte de un contexto histórico, una reflexión sobre la práctica docente y las narrativas de los docentes para encontrar situaciones comunes de injusticia testimonial y hermenéutica.spa
