dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad existen diversos centros que prestan servicio de acondicionamiento físico a las personas, es de esta manera que dichos lugares deben de velar por la integridad y salud de sus usuarios. En esta investigación se realizó un estudio en el gimnasio ELEMENT GYM con el fin de verificar los procesos de atención y servicio que se les ofrece a las personas cuando ingresan por primera vez, y a partir de allí, analizar si los procedimientos son adecuados o requieren de alguna estrategia que permita mejorar el servicio y la atención a los clientes. Es importante resaltar que la regulación de estos centros denominados como “gimnasios” hace parte de los diversos entes deportivos municipales o distritales como lo establece el artículo 81 de la ley 181 de 1995es_ES
dc.description.abstractenglishCurrently there are several centers that provide physical conditioning service to people, it is in this way that these places must ensure the integrity and health of its users. In this investigation, a study was carried out in the ELEMENT GYM gymnasium in order to verify the processes of care and service offered to people when they first enter, and from there, analyze whether the procedures are appropriate or require some strategy that allows to improve service and customer service. It is important to highlight that the regulation of these centers called “gyms” is part of the various municipal or district sports entities as established in article 81 of law 181 of 1995es_ES
