dc.description.abstractEste estudio buscó develar las experiencias de docentes que trabajaron bajo el modelo educativo flexible del programa SER (Servicio Educativo Rural), apoyando la enseñanza del idioma inglés desde diferentes perspectivas. Para este proyecto de investigación, se consideró la colaboración de 6 participantes que trabajaron con el programa en diferentes contextos rurales. A través de entrevistas semiestructuradas, se analizaron sus experiencias en cuanto a sus proceso de enseñanza, sus percepciones, retos y sugerencias respecto a la enseñanza y aprendizaje del inglés en el marco del programa EL SER. Este trabajo de investigación se enmarca dentro de la investigación cualitativa y la metodología de sistematización de experiencias. Asimismo, los resultados de este estudio revelaron que a través de algunos métodos de enseñanza y aprendizaje adecuados, los docentes, aunque no tengan un amplio conocimiento del inglés, pueden articularse con otras estrategias para que los estudiantes tengan una buena calidad de aprendizaje. Por otro lado, el programa SER debe capacitar a sus docentes en el ámbito educativo para que tengan las herramientas que ayuden a brindar mejores conocimientos a los estudiantes en este modelo flexible. Se debe considerar la contextualización dentro del SER como modelo educativo flexible, ya que no todos los contextos rurales tienen las mismas características.es_ES
dc.description.abstractenglishThis study sought to unveil the experiences of teachers who worked under the flexible educational model of the SER (Rural Educational Service) program, supporting English Language Teaching from different perspectives. For this research project, we considered the collaboration of 6 participants who worked with the program at different rural contexts. Through semi-structured interviews their experiences in terms of their teaching process, their perceptions, challenges, and suggestions regarding the Teaching and learning of English under the framework of EL SER program. This research work is framed within qualitative research and the methodology of systematization of experiences. Likewise, the results of this study revealed that through some appropriate teaching and learning methods, teachers, even if they do not have extensive knowledge of English, they can articulate with other strategies so that students have a good quality of learning. On the other hand, The SER program must train its teachers in the educational field so that they have the tools to help provide better knowledge to students in this flexible model. Contextualization within the SER as a flexible educational model must be considered, because not all rural contexts have the same characteristics.es_ES
