dc.description.abstractEste trabajo de investigación tiene el propósito de evidenciar como se configura el plagio de obras literarias desde la normativa colombiana, encaminado a facilitar el conocimiento del derecho de propiedad intelectual, derechos de autor y lo derechos conexos, Tomando como referencia las diferentes normas que regulan la materia de propiedad y derechos de autor. En Colombia la coordinación, protección y fomento al Derecho de Autor está a cargo de la DNDA , la cual fue creada mediante el Decreto 2041 de 1991 como una Unidad Administrativa Especial adscrita al Ministerio del Interior, aunque cabe destacar que ex ante a la creación de la DNDA, el país ya contaba con la Ley 23 de 1982, la cual abarca todo lo relacionado con la protección a las obras y a los autores a nivel nacional. Dicha ley fue modificada por la Ley 44 de 1993, con el fin de incluir el objetivo institucional y las funciones otorgadas a la DNDA, además de la normatividad por la cual se autoriza la creación y el rol que han de desempeñar las Sociedades de Gestión Colectiva del Derecho de Autor.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis research work has the purpose of demonstrating how plagiarism of literary works is configured from the Colombian regulations, aimed at facilitating knowledge of intellectual property rights, copyrights and related rights, taking as reference the different norms that regulate the property and copyright matters. In Colombia, the coordinarían, protection and promotion of Copyright is in charge of the DNDA, which was created by Decree 2041 of 1991 as a Special Administrative Unit attached to the Ministry of the Interior, although it should be noted that ex ante to the creation of DNDA, the country already had Law 23 of 1982, which covers everything related to the protection of works and authors at the national level. Said law was modified by Law 44 of 1993, in order to include the institutional objective and the functions granted to the DNDA, in addition to the regulations that authorize the creation and the role that Collective Management Societies have to play.
