dc.description.abstractLas necesidades de formarse en estudios de posgrado son cada vez más numerosas, pero crece del mismo modo la falta de concreción de las tesis. Por ello se buscó conocer las dificultades que atraviesan los estudiantes en el proceso de construcción de sus tesis de posgrado, para ofrecer estrategias de culminación de las obligaciones académicas en este nivel educativo. Se llevó adelante una revisión sistemática que proveyó 15 unidades de análisis provenientes de Redalyc, REDIB y Google Académico, bajo los términos de búsqueda “posgrado tesis” en idioma español. Se detectaron dificultades en la concreción de la tesis por falta de formación específica y metodológica sobre cómo realizarla, obstáculos en el acercamiento al director y desavenencias entre directores y jurados. Del mismo modo se recopilaron las sugerencias y propuestas de éxito. Se requieren acciones por parte de las instituciones académicas que tienen a su cargo esta oferta educativa.
dc.description.abstractengThe needs for training in postgraduate studies are increasingly numerous, but the lack of specificity of theses is also growing. For this reason, we sought to understand the difficulties that students go through in the process of constructing their postgraduate theses, to offer strategies for completing academic obligations at this educational level. A systematic review was carried out that provided 15 units of analysis from Redalyc, REDIB and Google Scholar, under the search terms “postgraduate thesis” in Spanish. Difficulties were detected in the completion of the thesis due to lack of specific and methodological training on how to carry it out, obstacles in approaching the director and disagreements between directors and juries. In the same way, suggestions and proposals for success were compiled. Actions are required by the academic institutions that are in charge of this educational offer.
