dc.description.abstractEl actual proyecto se realizó en la postcosecha de la empresa C.I FLORES DE LA VEGA ubicada en el municipio de Rionegro Antioquia. Esta empresa tiene como misión producir y exportar flores frescas de excelente calidad. Con el fin de aportar al cumplimiento de esta misión se realizó un estudio en la mejora del sistema productivo de la postcosecha contemplando todas las operaciones desde el ingreso de flor a postcosecha hasta el despacho de la carga. Un diagnóstico fue realizado con el fin de identificar los procesos críticos o cuellos de botella que generan impactos en la calidad y rentabilidad del proceso, afectando directamente la logística y planeación de los envíos a los clientes. El diagnóstico permitió identificar aquellas operaciones críticas para el proceso las cuales fueron el ingreso de flor, revisión MIPE (Manejo Integrado de Plagas y Enfermedades) y descargue de la flor. Para estas operaciones se realizó un estudio de métodos y tiempos que ayudó a determinar su capacidad e identificar que la asignación de mano de obra para las labores ingreso de flor y descargue de flor no debía ser la misma durante todo el año, dependiendo directamente por la cantidad de tallos producidos y recibidos en las diferentes semanas del año. Se encontró que el proceso no se tiene estandarizado ya que la planeación de la mano de obra no se realiza con base en la cantidad de tallos a procesar. Como acciones de mejora se identificó una falta de control en la ejecución de la operación por falta de supervisión y estandarización de algunas de las labores, se evidenció la pérdida de tiempo en algunos operarios por desconocimiento en la labor, se recomienda el uso de nuevas tecnologías en función de las personas y la implementación de mejora continua en los procesos.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe current project was carried out in the postharvest of the company C.I FLORES DE LA VEGA located in the municipality of Rionegro Antioquia. The mission of this company is to produce and export fresh flowers of excellent quality. In order to contribute to the fulfillment of this mission, a study was carried out on the improvement of the post-harvest production system, contemplating all operations from the entry of flower to post-harvest to the dispatch of the cargo. A diagnosis was carried out in order to identify critical processes or bottlenecks that generate impacts on the quality and profitability of the process, directly affecting the logistics and planning of shipments to customers. The diagnosis made it possible to identify those critical operations for the process, which were the entry of the flower, the MIPE (Integrated Management of Pests and Diseases) review and the unloading of the flower. For these operations, a study of methods and times was carried out that helped to determine their capacity and identify that the allocation of labor for the flower entry and flower unloading tasks should not be the same throughout the year, depending directly on the quantity of stems produced and received in the different weeks of the year. It was found that the process is not standardized since the planning of labor is not carried out based on the number of stems to be processed. As improvement actions, a lack of control in the execution of the operation was identified due to lack of supervision and standardization of some of the tasks, it was evidenced the loss of time in some operators due to ignorance in the work, the use of new technologies is recommended depending on the people and the implementation of continuous improvement in the processes.en
