dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo de reflexión tiene por objetivo reflexionar sobre el sentido espiritual que se le atribuye a la vida al momento de morir. Metodológicamente se ha estructurado en tres partes: en la primera, se da un panorama general de la situación de clínicas y hospitales en la ciudad de Medellín, de cara a la Pandemia ocasionada por Covid-19. Una segunda parte, hablará del término de “cuidados paliativos” y del protocolo que ha llevarse con este tipo de pacientes. En una tercera, se abordan algunas propuestas que se hacen necesarios para tener un mejor cuido con los pacientes desde la “La espiritualidad ante la proximidad de la muerte”.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe objective of this article for reflection is to reflect on the spiritual meaning attributed to life at the moment of death. Methodologically, it has been structured in three parts: in the first, a general overview of the situation of clinics and hospitals in the city of Medellín is given, in the face of the Pandemic caused by Covid-19. A second part will talk about the term "palliative care" and the protocol to be followed with this type of patient. In a third, some proposals that are necessary to have better care with patients are addressed from the "Spirituality in the face of the proximity of death."eng
