| spa |
dc.description.abstractenglish | This simple work seeks to make a theological proposal where you can see two points of view about the ultimate meaning of life, which is death. This parallel takes place between the Catholic Church and the original Cubeo peoples of the department of Vaupés. It begins with the premise with which man throughout history has asked himself multiple questions about how his life begins and how it ends. Seeing death as something bad and not a hopeful sign of a future life as Paul himself puts it in the New Testament writings. But for the indigenous… What does death mean? It is to detach from this world and return to the essence of caring for the jungle, because in the end they were sent to protect what is most sacred to them, their forests and rivers. So it could be said that the sacred sites of the jungle are very important because there are the spirits of the people who have died and are in a process of location in the universe, but not all the animals of the jungle are reincarnation of people who They are in their process of new life, the natives are only animals that do not do any harm to man, but therefore live without problems. | eng |
