| spa |
dc.description.abstractenglish | The main objective of this article is to analyze the current state of integration to construction projects based on Project Management Institute - PMI and the Lean Construction philosophy (Construction without losses); This article aims to disseminate the evolution and applications of the new construction management philosophy, identifying losses in the production process, analyzing the life cycle of a project and increasing performance improvement. A historical tour was made from the perspectives of the authors who approached the concept of the Lean Construction philosophy and Project Management Institute - PMI, making known the contributions of the methodology to construction projects. From the results obtained, two construction projects were identified, in order to observe the components that are taken into account to face a new project, the seven processes of project management defined in the PMBOK of the Project Management Institute were worked on. - PMI: Start, Definition, Design, Planning, Execution-Control, Operation and Closing of the Project, which allowed identifying the causes that arise when managing projects and allowing a specific intervention to improve management through of an adaptation to the PMI and Lean guidelines. This article shows that the two methodologies (PMBOK - Lean) can be integrated into the project life cycle, thus seeking a specific intervention to identify losses and improve project management. Therefore, by concatenating these guidelines, it could be affirmed that a comprehensive management model design could be carried out so that organizations generate value to interested parties and strengthen their planning. | eng |
