| spa |

In many companies these programs are in place, but sometimes it is for regulatory compliance and is not given the true interest or the methodologies used to train people become monotonous and do not achieve the main objective, which is understanding of the topic provided and the application of the content in the workplace. This paper seeks to analyze the methodologies used in the companies' programs, in order to determine which ones can be more effective in contributing to the understanding of the training and putting the information provided into practice. | eng |
