Ethnic diversity entails specificities that must be recognized and documented. The Emberá people located between Antioquia and Chocó have characteristics marked by the context of origin; and where its name emerges: Emberá Eyabida or Katio (inhabitants of the mountain), Emberá Oibida or Chami inhabitants of mountain range), and Emberá Dóbida (people of the river). There is little that has been narrated about the Dobida community; at present, constructs that allow to delve into these particularities and their way of relating to the environment must be enriched, being this group one of the most ingrained to their identity values. This qualitative research from the ethnographic method, gathers relevant elements to understand the woman's body as a scenario where the cultural memory of her people converges. Making visible through her the reasons why her culture has remained in time; and Concluding in this way that the aesthetic experience of the Emberá Dóbida community is reconfigured from their vision of the world and the way they intervene in it. It is art as an ancestral experience represented in weaving, dance and painting. Significant aspects to enrich one of the many interpretations that could be woven in the discourses of humanities. This is how the body is the stage to represent myth, rituality, aesthetics, feminine specificity, mother's archetype, space, time and ancestral practices as components that narrate the characteristics that give a deep particularity to the Emberá Dobida indigenous woman from the essentials in her people’s memory.eng
