dc.description.abstractenglish | The Trans population presents a high degree of exclusion in various aspects ranging from social, political, economic and cultural, however, academic studies in social and human sciences in Colombia do not abound, which hinders the understanding of their living conditions, social relations and dynamics of society with these "alternative societies" and their behaviors. The present study is of an exploratory nature, and its objective is to categorize skills and abilities that favor the formal labor integration of the Trans community in Eastern Antioquia. The analysis instrument implemented was the 16-PF-5 test, this test was applied to four people from the Trans community residing in Eastern Antioquia, where they are shown as a population with skills and abilities that can add value to the organizational processes currently demanded by companies such as: teamwork, commitment, pro-activity, emotional intelligence, assertive communication and openness to change. | eng |
