| dc.description.abstractenglish | Soluciones Wiga should have a management model in which it can plan, execute and deliver on time all its projects and products, with a minimum percentage of error in the execution, estimating costs of inputs and documenting the step by step construction of the prototype, BOM (parts list) of components ensuring the objective that would achieve economic stability to provide profits to its partners and employees. However, at present there are internal and external factors that do not allow reaching this desired goal. Due to weak project management, the planning is not able to determine a minimum delivery time. Errors in the previous productions have caused that the area must be constantly reviewing the installed equipment, in addition, the supplies are sometimes not adequate since their presence in the market is scarce and therefore the purchase process is costly and complex, in addition the processes for the delivery to the client areas are not documented and finally the cost of the product is only estimated when it is already implemented, so that in many occasions there is no knowledge if the project was in the estimated price or if economic losses were generated, As a result of an inefficient R&D&I management process, Wiga's client areas, especially operations, receive unreliable products that need to be constantly repaired at the place where they were installed, usually at the client's facilities, then from a financial point of view, the costs in the production of prototypes are higher, since they are purchased at the same time that they are not being repaired. The innovation projects lack follow-up and there is no effective communication both inside and outside the company, sometimes causing annoyance with customers and finally the employees work more than they should and are subjected to high pressure in their activities, which in the long term and in the worst case can cause occupational disease where the company must assume full responsibility. | eng |
