dc.description.abstractEn el departamento de Antioquia, exactamente en la ciudad de Rionegro existe una escuela de fútbol llamada Bienestar y Ejercicio, una empresa formada con el fin de prestar un servicio de calidad a la comunidad en general, en este momento el club cuenta con más de 5 años de experiencia, con aproximadamente 120 niños y jóvenes que están divididos en diferentes categorías que van desde los 2 a los 14 años. Este proyecto de intervención se realizara específicamente con los delanteros de la categoría iniciación; cinco (5) niños de 8 años a los que se les detectaron diversas falencias en cuanto a la toma de decisiones en el campo de juego; por ende se decide abordar metodologías de enseñanza alternativas (modelo horizontal comprensivo de enseñanza basado en el juego) que permitan al niño desde otras realidades y perspectivas lograr desarrollar su capacidad de resolver problemas para así poder tener un mejor desempeño en el campo de juego. Dicha metodología adoptada se basara a su vez en 2 principios tácticos ofensivos (contraataque y cambio de orientación) que se desarrollarán en 8 sesiones de entrenamiento específico, que tendrá como objetivo generar nuevas posibilidades de soluciones motrices para las acciones tácticas ofensivas que se le presentan a los delanteros por medio del aumento del bagaje motriz y táctico. Esperando un resultado que no solo favorezca al desarrollo integral mediante el fútbol de los niños participantes sino también al club que actualmente compite en el torneo local IMER “Rionegro avanza” 2019 con esta categoría.es_ES

dc.description.abstractenglishIn the region of Antioquia, more exactly in a city called Rionegro, exists a soccer school named Bienestar y Ejercicio. A company formed in order to provide a quality service to the community in general. Currently, the school has more than five years of experience. Moreover, It has approximately 120 children and teenagers that are divided in different categories from 2 to 14 years old. This intervention project will be carry out with the forwards of the beginners category, 5 children around 8 years old that were detected with weaknesses regarding to decision making on the playing field. Therefore it is decided to approach alternative teaching methodologies (comprehensive horizontal model in the game-based teaching) that affect the child from other realities and perspectives to achieve his ability to solve problems in order to have a better performance in the field of play. This adopted methodology is based in 2 offensive tactical principles (counterattack and change of orientation) that is developed in 8 specific training sessions. That have as objective to generate new possibilities of motor solution for offensive tactical actions that are presented to the forward through the increasement of motor and tactical baggage. Waiting for a result that not only favors the integral development through the soccer of the participating children but also the club that currently competes in the local IMER “Rionegro Avanza” 2019 tournament with this category.es_ES
