dc.description.abstractEn la ley y en las políticas públicas se han establecido medias con la finalidad de incentivar la inclusión social de las personas con discapacidad para garantizar su acceso a la justicia y por esto el Estado tiene ciertas obligaciones con estas personas e razón a esto este estudio se plantea verificar si el acuerdo 10 de 2018 responde a las obligaciones legales y constitucionales que tienen los municipios en materia de discapacidad y brinda herramientas para superar las barreras de acceso a la administración de justicia en el Municipio de Marinilla. En el primer capítulo se hace una recopilación de las obligaciones que tienen los Municipios y concretamente el Municipio de Marinilla estipuladas en la ley respecto a las personas con discapacidad, específicamente con el acceso a la justicia de dichas personas, posteriormente se realiza un análisis de las barreras que se presenta frecuentemente cuando alguna persona discapacitada desea acceder a la administración de justicia y finalmente se expone el acuerdo 10 de 2018 verificando si dentro del mismo el Municipio de Marinilla cumple con las obligaciones legales y constitucionales que se tienen y si ofrece materiales para contrarrestar las barreas de acceso a la justicia y el reconocimiento de estas.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishIn the law and in public policies, measures have been established in order to encourage the social inclusion of people with disabilities to guarantee their access to justice and for this reason the State has certain obligations with these people and for this reason this study is It proposes to verify if the agreement 10 of 2018 responds to the legal and constitutional obligations that municipalities have in matters of disability and provides tools to overcome the barriers to access to the administration of justice in the Municipality of Marinilla. In the first chapter, a compilation is made of the obligations that the Municipalities and specifically the Municipality of Marinilla have stipulated in the law with respect to people with disabilities, specifically with the access to justice of said people, later an analysis of the Barriers that are frequently presented when a disabled person wishes to access the administration of justice and finally the agreement 10 of 2018 is exposed, verifying if within it the Municipality of Marinilla complies with the legal and constitutional obligations that it has and if it offers materials to counteract the access barriers to justice and their recognition.spa
