dc.description.abstractenglishNowadays, the different markets have high levels of exigency that must be constantly faced due to the moments where the offer is presented and which force the organizations to design and execute new techniques in different activities where the commercial forces can face the changing conditions of the local market or where it is executed. Commercial efforts must be aimed at generating trust between the client and the companies, so that they are loyal and satisfied with the different support and attention channels with which they are served. Insurance and its performance in the market are also immersed in the commercial effort, since there must be an adequate and effective management that allows to face the competitiveness and captivate the public that wants to apply to the coverage plans that this activity commercializes, as the different protection products and services. From Seguros Sparta, we are aware of working on the needs suggested by the insurance market, implementing schemes that allow us to advance initiatives focused on increasing sales (production) of insurability services. In the development of this research project applied to the company, ways of applying commercial schemes are identified, aimed at increasing sales and marketing of intangible services of protection, accumulation and retirement, taking into account the steps of the sale and placement of these services in the market. For the presentation of this work, the ideas and concepts of the implementation of the commercial strategy were oriented, allowing its execution through the sales cycle, and the increase of new clients of Seguros Sparta SAS, as well as the conservation and loyalty of those already linked to the proposed plans.eng
