dc.description.abstractenglishThe Antioqueño Orient is a dynamic region with a strong business and trade union network, which is crucial to generate economic growth, entrepreneurial and prosperity capabilities, and an excellent living environment. This study describes the behavior of the construction sector in the region and how it mobilizes other subsectors such as wood and architectural furniture for the home, the behavior of the specific real estate market for the municipality of Rionegro was analyzed and the potential demand for the production of closets and kitchens for new homes was quantified, In addition, different competitors were studied to establish a value proposition, technical capabilities and administrative support necessary to start up a company that provides the construction sector with this type of furniture made of melamine boards, the legal requirements and its financial viability through indicators such as IRR and NPV, additionally, the social and environmental impact of the project was studied to determine its viability.eng
