dc.description.abstractenglishWith the arrival of globalization there has been an emergence of new educational tendencies, some of which are based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT), which have been of great importance in facilitating learning, and in promoting education worldwide. However, the challenges of the new millennium are focused on promoting innovation, creativity, development of different competencies, teamwork, and among others. These finally help to provide solutions to the necessities, and problems of the world. From there the importance of academic programs that are founded on improving the competencies and skills of students, not only helping to create an educational interest, but to also think of different ways to face challenges, and issues related to their area of study. This work is the result of an investigative process with the purpose of proposing didactical strategies to strengthen the Laboratory of Foreign Commerce at Universidad Católica de Oriente. They had the goal of supporting the training process by generating, habilitating scenarios to set in motion case studies, games that could promote the formation of innovative ideas in order to facilitate the learning of the student body. Moreover, the acquisition of new knowledge, and abilities that will help them to respond accurately to the foreign commerce.eng
