dc.description.abstractenglishThis document contains the business plan for the company Comunicando con propósito, which has a business idea defined under three lines of service: social network management, business consulting and market and media services, including the provision of CRM services to its target audience. In this sense, the main intention is to invest in a digital platform that allows the provision of the aforementioned services and thus, positively favor the business sector in the region. Under this approach, the target audience of Comunicando con propósito are the small and medium enterprises of the Antioquia region, taking into account that, in the country, this type of business units reach more than 90% of the business fabric as previously stated by the Ministry of Labor, which implies that it is a market with a large size not only in the region, but nationwide. The value of the service offered to this target public has been defined independently for each line of business. In this sense, for the community management line, the projected price is $340,000 per month for the management of social networks, $4,000,000 per month for specialized consulting services and $5,000,000 for the market research and CRM services, respectively, and according to market prices and the prices currently offered by the organization. The expected growth for Comunicando con propósito according to projections based on the macroeconomic variables projected by national entities is 3% per year, having a minimum initial market share and with the possibility of capturing a larger target each year, in an optimized, agile and competitive manner. On the other hand, the competitive environment of the company is characterized as a competitive sector, but to the extent that digital platforms strengthen its internal policies, increase the barrier to entry for competitors with little formalized and gives an advantage to Comunicando con propósito; likewise, the bargaining power in the sector is of a medium level. Currently, Comunicando con propósito only provides the service of community management, so it is operating only in one of the three projected business lines, to achieve 100% operation, an investment of $33,211,000 is required, which is recovered in a period of 2 years, in addition to the fact that, despite the amount of investment, the profitability of the business is positive according to the results of the internal rate of return. Finally, it is worth mentioning as a major milestone the initiation of social media and community management activities in the last year, despite the implications of the Covid 19 externality, as well as the milestone of the development of this plan, with a view to this input being the basis for the continued growth of the organization.eng
