dc.description.abstractenglishCasa Biker is a business idea aimed at satisfying a need for a specific market segment, such as motorcyclists in Colombia, through the design, manufacture and marketing of an integrated smart helmet with a windshield wiper accessory that is activated by voice command. This business idea seeks to impact the motorcyclist market, initially in eastern Antioquia, which is made up of men and women between 18 and 40 years of age from strata 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. In addition, the products or accessories launched in the market that seek to satisfy the need to clean the visor of helmets during the rainy season have not sufficiently penetrated among customers and buyers. So, the aim is to make an impact with an intelligent, functional design and a competitive price for the product to enter the market with strength. The work team is made up of 10 people including technicians, technologists and professionals who will be in charge of different areas such as production, management, administration, product design and development, customer service, warehousing, and business processes required to meet the objectives and goals proposed at the corporate level. For the creation of the company, it has been detected that a high initial investment of $ 162,615,500 is required, since machinery and equipment are needed, as well as a wide infrastructure to be able to carry out the design, production and commercialization processes.
