| dc.description.abstractenglish | Feasibility study for the creation of a company that produces and markets medicinal cannabis extract in the municipality of El Retiro. Throughout history, cannabis and its different derivatives have been used for various purposes: from the medicinal sector as a raw material for medicines and therapies, in various presentations, pills, oils, edibles, the same plant, as well as its recreational use. However, the use of cannabis has always generated controversy, its history as an illegal drug in Colombia and the world, affects the image and new trends in medicinal use, creating debates that prevent further development of this industry in Colombia, despite its limited development the medicinal sector benefits from operating licenses. This feasibility study proposes the creation of a company that produces and markets medicinal cannabis extract in the municipality of El Retiro, whose mainstay is to contribute to the economic development of the region, operating in a sustainable way. Next, each of the necessary requirements for the preparation of the feasibility study is specified. Such as: product portfolio, operation and operation, business model, market, strategy to implement the project and the study of financial feasibility. The feasibility study is designed for 5 years, in which not only is it expected to recover the entire investment (the first year), it also offers a profit of 20%. Finally, the outlook for both the region and the feasibility study poses an obvious benefit by participating in a market that contributes to the well-being of people and generating development of this industry in the country. | eng |
