dc.description.abstractenglishThe processes and procedures manual for the Serviteca La Ceja service station, which is located in the municipality of La Ceja, in agreement with the wholesale distributor ZEUSS, aims to clearly and precisely characterize the processes and procedures that are used. They develop in the service station, this in order to improve performance within the organization. For the elaboration of the manual of processes and procedures, a diagnosis of the company was carried out, through information from primary sources, from the collection of data on each of the jobs, activities and its organizational structure, through guided interviews. with each one of the Serviteca collaborators. As a result of this analysis, the company was recommended to prepare the organizational chart, the definition of its mission and vision, and finally the processes and procedures manual, this in order to make better use of its resources and have a better knowledge of the functions performed by the company's employees. Within the company, the process map is carried out, and its procedures determining each of the activities of the serviteca, according to its new organization chart, defining the inputs or input activities necessary in the processes and consequently the products that arise from there . Finally, this information is reflected in a clear, precise and organized way, to then make the socialization with the managerial staff of the company.eng
