| dc.description.abstractenglish | This research project presents the study carried out to identify the feasibility of creating a virtual platform for the commercialization of beauty services in the municipality of Rionegro, for which a commercial analysis was carried out using administrative management and research tools, such as PESTEL analysis and information gathering techniques such as surveys and interviews, respectively. The idea arises from an identified need related to the absence of a platform of this type to offer beauty services in the municipality of Rionegro, and as a value proposition for business owners of beauty salons, in order to improve the customer service experience. The beauty sector is no stranger to the new trends of business digitalization, which focus on improving the customer experience, which is why entrepreneurs are increasingly striving to offer updated products and services that are in line with digital trends and generate user comfort, safety and satisfaction. To carry out the study, we took into account some background research conducted between the beauty and technology sectors in Colombia and Latin America, which, as a result, led to the creation of mobile applications to offer this type of services. Similarly, to determine the feasibility of developing the application, the opportunities, weaknesses and possible strategies to be used to launch the application to the market were studied and analyzed through the PESTEL matrix. And with the same objective, a series of surveys and interviews were conducted with users of beauty services and owners of beauty businesses in the municipality, to know their opinions and expectations with the creation of the mobile application. Therefore, this research work exposes the market analysis resulting from the analysis of the aspects mentioned above, and as a solution to improve the interaction between users and beauty businesses in the municipality of Rionegro, and in turn tends to the growth of the businesses offered in the application, all of the above, within the framework of taking advantage of technological trends and the use of virtual platforms to access products or services. | eng |
