dc.description.abstractenglishThis export plan presents the company Flores Isabelita SAS with a view to a specific destination such as the German market, which has been based on the analysis of different aspects of commercial activities, such as the distribution chain, competition and the product, in such a way that a competitive strategy can be defined to enter Germany Bouquet of flowers from Colombia, specifically from the company Flores Isabelita SAS The identification of the market was carried out through the analysis of different variables such as political, economic, social, cultural conditions, and their behavior in German commercial transactions, and the analysis of the company and its commercial competitiveness, within the framework of the evaluation of the product and the capacity of the company. Aspects such as tariff issues, export logistics and distribution were analyzed and as a result of this analysis the bases were proposed so that the company could define a positioning strategy. Finally, an analysis of the SWOT Matrix of the company was carried out regarding the development of this plan, it analyzed some aspects on which the organization can intervene to improve its productive and administrative processes; Finally, an action strategy is included for the company, so that its managers can evaluate the possibility of exporting to Germany.eng
