dc.description.abstractenglish | Faced with the increasingly notable separation in some areas of the Church, between the priest and the layperson, and in view of the concern of SS Francis for this situation, the topic: "Shepherds with the smell of sheep" becomes useful and necessary, since It is convenient to deepen the being of our priests, to evaluate their personal and community situation, their perception of the faithful under their charge. It is necessary for priests to remember the mission of the call they have received from God, always focused on the service of the community where they minister. There it is important that they know the particular situations of the faithful, thus breaking down the barriers that separate them and strengthening the bonds that unite them with God as their center. In this way, it is considered essential that priests renew their being priestly and can be the shepherds with the smell of sheep that Pope Francis proposes in his magisterium. | eng |
